THRIVE’s unique approach to Lifestyle Coaching is highly effective and easy to begin;
To start, Thrive Lifestyle Coaches guide each client through a detailed and thorough lifestyle assessment process. This process allows for the client to reflect upon the various aspects of his/her life (i.e. work, family, financial, friends, physical/emotional, leisure time and etc) and identify his/her present state. Specifically what is going well, not so well and what is desired to improve. This process also allows for the Thrive Lifestyle Coach to truly understand the wants, needs, desires, effective learning and communication styles (language) of the client.
As the assessment process is completed the Thrive Lifestyle Coach now has a clear understanding of the client’s desired state. Together, through ongoing coaching sessions, the Thrive Lifestyle Coach and the client will begin a journey focused upon improving overall mental and emotional well being, attaining desired goals and an optimal lifestyle. Along the way, the Thrive Lifestyle Coach may provide customized education, tools, training, support, accountability, resources and much more as needed by the client.

Anita was born in Virginia, raised in the Hawaiian Islands and transplanted to California in 1974. Anita is a proud mother of two beautiful children, a devoted wife and a highly respected member of her community. Anita is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP and Certified Life Coach with over 35 years of experience. An extremely well educated and trained Health Professional having earned various credentials from some of the world’s best health education institutions. Anita is the proud and successful owner and operator of Natural Health Therapies, a private practice in Elk Grove, CA. In addition, Anita is also a published author of the award winning book, How to Get Healthy & Stay Healthy in an Unhealthy World – Nutritional Body Balancing. She is recognized by the Marquis’ Who’s Who of American Women (since 1999) as well as the Who’s Who of Health and Medicine as one of the Elite Health Professionals within the industry. Anita is a world class Health Professional that adds a wealth of experience, knowledge and foresight to the Thrive Lifestyle Coaching Division.
